Reservation System

• You must call in to reserve a slot for any activity that you’d like to participate in.
• If you do not make a reservation (which is confirmed by WSC staff person) and the activity is full you will not be able to participate.
• Will you need transportation?

How the Reservation System Works

1. Review the activities calendar for that day and decide which activity or activities you plan on attending that day.
2. We request that you limit participation in activities to no more than 3 activities per week in order for all members to be able to participate. If you would like to participate in more activities, we will place your name on a waiting list and call you if the activity is not full.
3. Call (302) 651-3400, Option 9 to make your reservation.
   • You must leave your full name and phone number where you can be reached.
   • State what activity or activities you are registering for.
   • Whether you need transportation for that day (50¢ each way).
   • State if you are staying for lunch. Then just HANG UP.

What WSC will do:

• WSC staff will call you back by 3:30 pm to confirm your slot for the activities you have requested, whether you will be staying for lunch, and if you are in need of transportation.
• If you use WSC transportation you must wear a face mask while on the bus. You will be asked to complete a COVID Compliance form which will be collected by the bus driver before you’re allowed to get off the bus.
• Please understand that you will not be able to gather in the lobby area.
